Cin7 February Features Update

Cin7 this month rolled out two initiatives designed to make it easier for customers to implement and learn about Cin7.

We’ve also added a new POS solution integration.

Help Pages

We updated and overhauled our Help Pages with a crisp new design and uniform formatting to make it easier to find the answers you need, quickly.

Use the search tool, or use the easy-to-navigate topic links to go from general topic to specific guides. The Help home page starts you off with links to Cin7’s Core Modules (CRM, Products, Sales, etc.), Cin7 Apps (B2B, Production, Pick ’n’ Pack and API), POS, and Integration Apps (Accounting, eCommerce, Marketplaces, 3PL. Shipping, and Sales and Marketing).

Every help page has been edited and rewritten to give you the clearest how-to guidance. Each page has content links to make navigation easier, a list of FAQs. Customers can let us know if the articles were useful or not so that we can continue to improve our help pages.

App Store

Cin7 this month is rolling out its App Store.

The App Store is designed to make using Cin7’s comprehensive inventory management solution easy to understand and quick to implement. It is a menu of Cin7’s ever-growing list of integrations to online marketplaces, retail trading partners, third-party logistics providers, and more.

Every item in the App Store includes a description of the integration and a workflow chart to illustrate how the integration works with Cin7.

Customers will be able to view all their integrations, in a related feature called My Apps. All EDI, 3PL and other key apps (specifically, Amazon Seller Central) will include an individual dashboard for specific inventory sales and stock level tracking, as well as connection performance.

Dejavoo Systems (POS) Integration

Cin7 now integrates with Dejavoo Systems, a US-based point of sale solution provider. Dejavoo offers products, such as countertop and wireless terminals, and a wide range of POS technology and support solutions.
